The rainbow food planner contains information on how to use the planner. It contains information on why eating the rainbow of fruit and vegetables is essential. By noting what colours you are eating each day, it helps you make informed decisions on which colours of the rainbow you are leaving out of your diet and should therefore be adding back in. It contains weekly sheets for you to fill in to keep a record of whether you are eating the rainbow. The planner also includes colouring pages that the children can use.
