When it comes to eating healthy, it’s okay to dream big. But don’t become overwhelmed by the process.
Meal prep is a useful tool to help you achieve your goals. Start small and work your way to bigger tasks. Before you know it, meal prepping will become second nature!
Start with a meal that you normally make and double the quantities. Freeze the extra portions for another day.
Cooking roast potatoes, throw some more in for cooking and either freeze them to use another day or use in a salad or fry them up with some spices.
Chopping some vegetables for a salad or evening meal, chop some more and place them in the fridge for a healthy snack or tomorrows meal.
